I've been using R Script to scheduled exporting CSV files for months.
But now it doesn't work anymore while my settings remain unchanged.

Have you not made any changes to your reports or R script?
Whether you export or use R scripts, there are some limitations, perhaps you are involved in one of them in your daily operations? You can perform a check to exclude this possibility. The following two docs are about the limitations of R scripts and export data respectively:

I can run R-scripts if update is done in Power BI Desktop (button Refresh). Export to CSV/Excel works well. Update doesn't work in Power BI service.
