I have a Power BI desktop application which has multiple levels of data in the rows in a Matrix. When I expand the rows one level and then to a 2nd level, they work fine in Power BI desktop. But when I publish to the web service, the rows only expand one level but not the 2nd level on the web. Any suggestions?

Hey @jeben ,
please see in the attached visual that the Matrix visual expands more than one level when a report is published to the visual:
If the visual does not expand when published to the Service check if you are using the same filter on the Service, you can reset filter settings in the published report using the "" button:
If the next level is blank, make sure that the option "Show items with no data" is enabled:
If you are wondering how a next level can be blank, this can happen, if you are using a measure, that is checking the context and will return BLANK in specific situations.
Hopefully, this helps to tackle your challenge.
Regards,
Tom
Thank you! Resetting the filters solved the problem! John
