Hi,
I am trying to add a new Dataflow, using the OData source. I used the same source several times without issues, however, now I got this error:

Hi guys,
I couldn'T resolve it, however, I found a workaround, it's a little bit more work but it works as it should.
Create new DataFlow using Blank Query, copy Power Query code from Advanced Editor (from Power BI Desktop), enter desired credentials (doesn't need any encryption like that) and save it.
However, it's strange nonetheless, because in the new workspace when I pasted the same link, it gave me "Use Encrypted Connection" option but in my old Workspace, I didn't get this option. It obviously then worked with the Encryption mode and it entered the credentials on its own, somehow it inherited it from somewhere I have no clue, to be honest.

Hi @vojtechsima ,
According to the error message,DMTS_InvalidEncryptionAlgorithmError
I think you need to encrypt your credentials when you load - not made very clear in the documentation. You can't just upload the free text.
Makes sense for security! Refer to :https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/encrypt-credentials

@Anonymous
Hi,
how I can encrypt it when I just simply put the text into box, I used this several times without any issues:
Sorry for the Czech language, but this is how I add the new the Dataflow and it's how I always do it without any issues.
Hey @vojtechsima ,
Does the URL use HTTPS? If the URL was using HTTP try it with HTTPS.

Hey @Watsky ,
unfortunately, I am using Https already. Do you have any other tip how to fix this random issue please?
