When I try to create a report using multiple SharePoint sites and tries to refresh report, it gives error me following error
In PowerBi desktop we can avoid this issue by changing the Privacy settings to "Always ignore Privacy Level settings" option. But in PowerBi service we don’t have such option. Please tell me how to solve this privacy level issue in PowerBi service.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
