Error refreshing Underlying error code-2147467259

Hello community, 

I have a report that refresh each at 1:00 AM each day, but since Wednesday show us an error at refreshing the dataset in Power BI Services. At first this error was because we needed to change a token, we update the token in power bi desktop and the refreshing works (In the Desktop) but when published in Power BI Services it show us this error: 

Sometimes is with the OData and other times it says "Unable to connect to the remote server" (this particular is for another datasource - An API)

The report have the following datasources: 

1. an OData feed connector to an URL
2. a Web source connection to an API with a token
3. a SharePoint connection

In Power BI Desktop it refresh but when publish in power bi service it fails.

We already try: 

1. Clear Permissions (All) 
2. Generate a new Token for the API 
3. Publish a separate report
4. Update the Gateway & Refresh the dataset - Also this failed. 

What else can we do?
