Error on Get Data from One Drive

I've been getting this message for the past 2-3 hrs when I try to get a file using "OneDrive for Business". Should I just wait some more and it will work or is something wrong?

This message shows in two cases:

  1. OneDrive for Business is still being set up.  This usually happens when your account is new.
  2. You don't have a license for OneDrive for Business.  This can happen if you've signed up for Power BI but don't already use Office 365.  You can click the icon with nine dots in the top left (the waffle) and see if a OneDrive icon appears there.  If not, you are in this situation.

If you are in case #1, you will need to wait a bit longer.

If you are in case #2, you may need to speak with your IT Administrator to have a license assigned.  If you are in the United States, you can go to https://home.office.com/ and click on "Get Office Online for Work" to sign up.

It's been 3 days and still the same message so I guess I fall under case 2. I don't see the One Drive icon when clicking the 9-dot icon in the top left.

I do use One Drive though but it's using a company domain/account. For Power BI I used our company email id to register as it asked for an email id as username.

I'm all confused now!
