Report Dataset includes Salesforce data. Everything works perfect, but one in a month/few weeks the same error appears:
Failure details: The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error. This is usually a transient issue. If you try again later and still see this message, contact support.
Column '<ccon>Id</ccon>' in Table '<ccon>Opportunity</ccon>' contains a duplicate value '<ccon>0064G00001BpF2e***</ccon>' and this is not allowed for columns on the one side of a many-to-one relationship or for columns that are used as the primary key of a table.
When I refresh in Desktop and publish to Service, the error dissappears, and scheduled refresh works perfect again.
There're no duplicates in opportunities column.

Hi @DianaSh
Depending on the issue you're experiencing, use the following methods to troubleshoot:
Check for Duplicate Values. Even though you mentioned there are no duplicates in the opportunities column, it's important to double-check the Salesforce data source for any potential duplicates.
Review Data Load and Transformation. Open your Power BI Desktop file and review the query steps in the Power Query Editor to ensure that no step is inadvertently creating duplicates. If you have operations such as merging, this can lead to duplicate values.
Check the relationship between tables. If the 'Id' column is set as the primary key, it must have unique values.
Refresh and republish.

Hi @DianaSh were you able to find a solution? As a workaround, maybe you can try to test your connection with a 3rd party connector. I've tried windsor.ai, supermetrics and funnel.io. I stayed with windsor because it is much cheaper so just to let you know other options. In case you wonder, to make the connection first search for the Salesforce connector in the data sources list:
After that, just grant access to your Salesforce account using your credentials, then on preview and destination page you will see a preview of your Salesforce fields:
There just select the fields you need. It is also compatible with custom fields and custom objects, so you'll be able to export them through windsor. Finally, just select PBI as your data destination and finally just copy and paste the url on PBI --> Get Data --> Web --> Paste the url.
