Hi @Jyaul1122

This error means Power BI Service couldn’t fetch data for the visual - usually due to a problem with the dataset connection or query.

Could you please try below steps:

  1. Check refresh history >> make sure the last refresh succeeded.

  2. Re-enter credentials in Dataset >> Data Source Credentials.

  3. Verify gateway >> it must be online and mapped correctly.

  4. Refresh the dataset manually, then reload the report.

If still fail then try below steps:

  1. Open the report in Power BI Desktop.

    • If it also fails there >> fix the dataset or query.

    • If it works >> republish the report (may fix a corrupted visual).

  2. Confirm relationships and table names haven’t changed.

  3. Double-check gateway permissions for the service account.

  4. If nothing works, raise a Microsoft support ticket with the Activity ID, Correlation ID, and Request ID from the error - they can trace the exact backend issue.

If your report is connected to a Power BI semantic model it could be that you have to re-enter your credentials.
To do this open your Report in Power BI Desktop go to File -> Options and settings -> Data source settings.
There you can select your semantic model connection. Clear Permissions and then under Edit Permissions reenter your Credentials and Privacy Level.

@rohit1991

I tried all of the possibility, still having same issue.
