I have installed and configured the on premesis data gateway. When I login to powerbi I can see this within the On Premesis data gateway.
Wehn I try to create a new connection utilising the gateway I get the below error:
Unable to create connection for the following reason: Invalid connection credentials

The credential details are 100% correct.
Are you able to offer any advice on how to resolve this?
