Error conection

Hi everyone,

I have a dashboard that connects to SQL Server. I downloaded a gateway, but when I refresh the dashboard online, I receive the following message:

 

"Failed to update data source credentials: Could not locate the requested .NET Framework Data Provider. It may not be installed."

 

Can someone help me with this?
