Hi. The error has the message you need. Please read it.
Usually the second line is the one with the text that will help you. In this case: "The credentials provided for the MySql source are invalid". You are providing wrong credentials to the MySQL source in the Service or somebody has changed those old credentials and now it's not working.

According to the error message above, the reason is that the access credentials are invalid.
The workaround is to re-edit a valid access credential.
You can view or edit it under Data Source Credentials or you can add a new data source under Manage Gateways.
