Error Publishing to Service - Slow performance

User is experiencing very slow performance in PowerBI and is receiving error messages from the system.   Below shows the error.

We also are having a situation where the publishing effectively hangs and never returns a success to the user but the report is published to the service.

How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly

E.g.

Which version of desktop you test? Report data amount?

Have you check with networks status, request ports and firewall rules?

Did you enable proxy settings apply on your device?
