Hi.
Am having this issue that minimizes the value of PowerBI: an error message when I schedule a daily refresh.
The way things are set-up:
95% of the files come from Microsoft Azure Blob Storage ... where all Excel, csv, etc files are saved, and
1 file is a .json file that is loaded direct through an api.
Everything refreshes great when I do a manual refresh in PowerBI desktop.
Hence, I do not understand why it does not refresh properly using the app.powerbi.com site.
Gateway issue? File format issue? I downloaded the MAccess 64 bit ... but nothing changed.
Thank you very much for your help.
Best regards,
JM

Indeed. I use ... Invoke, merge, append functions ... but works fine with Desktop.
Now this is the menus I get when I what to set-up the automated refresh. Should I use a getaway? Parameters? Other specs?
Thank you for your help
HI @JMSNYC ,
>>I use ... Invoke, merge, append functions ... but works fine with Desktop.
AFAIK, some of operations or functions still power bi desktop only, when you publish to power bi service and try to refresh. It will faced some issue to processing these advanced operations on power bi service side. You can try remove advanced steps and try again to confirm if refresh issue are caused with them.
In addition, can you please share the detailed error message to help us clarify your scenario?(click on show detail and it will display the requested/activity id, we can use them to check trace logs to get more clearly error messages)
