I've spent a few days trying to solve the simple issue of trying to download from a PowerBI dashboard. However, each time I've tried (as an Admin) this error pops up:
I've gone into settings both on desktop and .com and changed configurations, such as going to 'Tenant settings' and making sure everything is enabled:
I'm currently at a loss to what could be hindering my ability to downloads reports from dashboards. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Are you able to export data from your desktop version?
Also try to chexk the report settings on the cloud and be sure that the export data is enabled
