Enable Cookies error message

Hi All, 

Can you all tell what is the reason for the below error message. I have enabled cookies but still I am getting this error message

In addition to amitchandak 's reply, you can try other browsers to connect to Microsoft.

Or you can try to enable the cookie by yourself.

@Anonymous , Seem like cookies are disabled in your browser. Please check the reason for that.

Please clear the cache and try once.
