Embedding a Report

If I look at this Report, While on fullscreen (1080p) It looks fine, but as soon as I resize it it doesn't re-scale very well. On the other hand If I enter "Focus mode" on any Visualization on the report, If I resize the page It will re-escale perfectly. Is there a way to get that same behaviour for the report? 

Or is there a way to only embed a single visualization?

Nope, current you can't customize on report layout and its style which you share with 'publish to web' features.
