Embedded reports issue

I've come in this morning and noticed my embedded report on my wallboard screen is causing the page to scroll down to it. This behaviour wasnt happeneing yesterday and its now causing the High categroy issues normally displayed at the top of the page to be scrolled past and not appear. a Really bad situation if we miss a service outage because it wasnt displatyed on the screen. Using windows 7 and Chrome. What could have changed this overnight?

It seems that this is a know issue, our colleague had report this issue. I will post here once I get any update about it.
