- I heard we can embed a report into web (public), it possible for paginated reports ?
- Somebody told me it doesn't need any licence, is that true ? Embed on Sharepoint Online or portal/website need a licence right ?

Yes, with Fabric Capacity F64, you can embed Power BI reports in SharePoint without requiring individual Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses for your end users.
But there are few consideration you need to keep in mind like even with Fabric Capacity, embedding reports via SharePoint Online’s Power BI web part still requires end users to have a Power BI Pro license or the report must be in a Premium workspace
