Embed in a intranet/sharepoint page

Hello

If I do, the publish to web option and take the code and put in our company's intranet/sharepoint page then  will that prevent anyone accessing the report?

What are the ways that someone could find the report online?

It seems that you want to embed your report in SharePoint Online. You could use this feature Embed with report in SharePoint Online  under File in Power BI Service.

In addition, you could have a good look at this document about how to grant access to reports.
