Embed > publish to web (public) not showing

Hi,

When I try to publish a report from my workspace via embed, I don't have the option "publish to web(Public)".

But my coworker does have this option and we both have a pro-licenses.

Does anyone know what might cause this?

Do both of you have the same workspace access level where the report is located?

Yes, we both have Admin rights in the workspace.

Have you tried to log in to power bi using private windows to see if that is still happening?

Tried it, but nothing shows up. I also tried different browsers.
