I use PowerBI Desktop to create my visuals and publish it to my own workspace online. Then through online PowerBI service reports I do File > Embed report > Publish to web (public) which works fine.
I then make edits to my visuals and publish again to my workspace, and the edits are reflected online. However when I get the embed html again after the edits, that embedded report does not reflect my edits.
I would have to save my PB file as a new file, and publish again and embed again as a new dataset for it to reflect.
Is there a way around this and has others experienced this?

It is a limitation of Publish to Web feature. It may take up to 1 hour to reflect the changes.

Not sure about your actual scenario. But if all of your report consumers have a Pro license, then you can try the secure embed feature.
