I have a pro individual licence setup on an ".onMicrosoft.com" address created by powerbi upon setting up my account. My account name / email is not a real email address and I have no access to that address (no exchange licence).

So my question is how can I receive subscribed reports?

Hi @Alan_,

As you said, your O365 account has no exchange licence, that is why you cannot receive subscribed reports. To troubleshoot this problem, you should contact with your Administrator to assign exchange licence so that you can use email service.
