I've built a simple report and would like to send out an email after the dataset is updated every day, according to its schedule. I've set up a subscription schedule by specifying the recipients and a time to send the emails. When I click "run now", we all receive our emails within about 3 minutes, as expected. However, if we wait for the scheduled time (currently set to 14h30 every week day), the emails never get sent. No error is presented either.
I've read the documentation and we seem to meet all the criteria. Are there any steps I can take to try to resolve this issue?

Regards,
Hi, It turns out that the emails did come through but were delayed by approximately 5 hours. I suspect either a network issue or an incorrect timezone setting somewhere.
Thanks,
MProx
