Email subscription does not work

Hi,

I need to subscribe a report page but for some reason it is not working. I have my report shared with multiple people, all with Pro Licences and they are able to access it without any problem:

When I subscribe the page, it allows me to insert the account but then it won't send emails to people with the "Guest" thing.

Does anyone knows what's happening?

Hi @martaredondo 

Currently as it stands you cannot subscribe external users to reports or dashboards.

You could submit your idea in Power BI ideas Forum or vote this similar idea.
