Email query results to specific person but only if it does have results

I have some query's running on our SQL database to detect incorrect data entry. If - and only if - the query has results, I want these results to be emailed to a specific person in our organization so he can correct the data.

I have set up a scheduled refresh for the dataset but I didn't find a way yet to email the results. I have tried Power Automate but I didn't find a solution to my problem yet. I would really appreciate all your help on this.

Please try to configure email subscription for the report.
