Hi,
Does anyone know if there's a setting somewhere, either in Power BI or the Outlook desktop app to allow email subscriptions received to use the full view of the email? When I receive an email in the desktop app, there's loads of white space either side of the content, where if I look at the same email through the Outlook website, it utilises the full width of the screen. See the two screenshots for example.
Many thanks!

The subscription email only contains an image. Your browser likely stretches the image differently than your Outlook client.
If you want more control over the layout your can use Paginated Reports, or you can construct your own email body in Power Automate, after you exported the report as PNG (for example).
Keep in mind that the subscription email is there to give the user a link back to the full dashboard and report. It has no other purpose.
The view effect is provided by the corresponding program to provide technical support, there may be some differences within the program, but this will not affect the subscription itself.
