Email Alerting: for a table visual report

In power bi service had a table visual table like below.

Percentage: Check once a day
Email Alert: Daily
Email Recipients
Check: If we notice a 30% increase or 30% decrease in the percentage value, then send email to recipients
Tried to implement alert to a table visual percentage column. But am failing. Could you help me to set a rule for checking values and make an alert and send a mail to recipients.

@Anonymous , Since you already have created measure after that 

Pin the Visual to a Dashboard: In Power BI Service, pin the table visual (or a card visual showing the percentage change) to a dashboard.

Set Up an Alert on the Dashboard Tile:

Go to the dashboard where you pinned the visual.
Click the ellipsis (...) on the tile and select Manage alerts.
Click + Add alert rule.
Configure the alert rule:
Condition: Set the condition to trigger when the percentage change exceeds 30% or falls below -30%.
Notification Frequency: Set how often you want to be notified (e.g., Once an hour).
Alert Title: Give your alert a meaningful name.
Send to Email: Ensure the option to send an email is checked.
