We have users using the web version of power bi to view reports. They need to edit said reports, how ever the "Edit report" button is greyed out.
What permissions are required to enable this button?

If you view reports via App Workspace, you could try to assign three roles to users: admin, member and contributor. For more details, you could reference the document: Roles in the new workspaces. Once users have access to create, edit, and delete content in the workspace, the button will enable. Then users can edit the reports.
