Dynamic ROW level security

Hi All,

I have 8 tables that all have relationships (single) to a table like this

EmployeeName (FirstName LastName)DefaultSales_SalesLineName1DefaultSales_PhysicalOfficeName1EmailJob TitleRank
John SmithAPAUMidlajohn.smith@xyz.co.ukArea Sales Manager5
Jenny johnsonSENSSouthjenny.johnson@xyz.co.ukTeam leader4

If someone views the dashboard I need to cross reference there email to this where they can only see data from there office, there division and only job titles that are below there number, example, Area sales manager (5) would see Team leader data (4) and thats it.

My current DAX formula for role is:

'Sales Name'[Email]= USERPRINCIPALNAME() &&
'Sales Name'[Job Title] IN VALUES('Sales Name'[Rank]) &&
'Sales Name'[Office] = SELECTEDVALUE('Sales Name'[Office]) &&
'Sales Name'[Division] = SELECTEDVALUE('Sales Name'[Division])

Currently no data will display for anyone. I feel like im doing this all very wrong but I am very new to this. Any help much appreciated.
