Documentation, Scope And Assumption

Dear Experts,

I am Arif, I have been working on Power BI for last 2 years with Clients, Now I am working for Microsoft consulting company, I have a call with client with the presence of Sales Guy. client has a requirement to make 7-9 Dashboards, for Pharmaceutical Compnay, he said he is using Hyperion, but they are asking to make dashboards from Excel. they want sales dashbaords, 7-9 dashboards, 13 countries, they have 7 products.. & they are not agreed to show their data & report untill we sign on contract then they will show me the data and as well the reports format. and they asked me estimation (Days) to finish this work off. 

so my question is as an new consultant of Power BI

Question - 1 what should be my perticular & specifics set of questions to the client?

Question - 2 What should be my Scopes?

Question - 3 What should be my Assumption? and how can I set? I am really new as a consultant? 

Please Help me out and also provide me the documentaion of Scope & Assumption ... I would be much oblized.

Sorry that we can't help you about your questions. I think it's better to contact with your customers more or ask for help from your collegues and your leader.

If you have any technical questions, like how to create reports and dashboards in details. We are happy to help you solve it.
