Distribute subscription with locked data model

We have created several Power BI reports for our clients that we would like to sell as a subscription to other clients using our product. Here are our requirements :

1. Allow customers to change connection string of the data source of their report to their local intranet source of sql db( with same dB schema as ours)

2. Prevent changes to data model or downloading of raw data.

Potentially revoke access to customers with expired subscription to our product
