Displaying unusual values in the power bi web

Dears,

I have a dashbaord that works and looks well when viewed from my account. But, when the same is seen from my managers id, he sees some un-usual numbers. For example 77% is displayed to him as 13773%.

We tried clearing cache, no luck. First i tried to create another file of the same pbix and published it. Manager was able to see correctly, then again after a week same issue. Has any of you faced this issue. Any solution for this.

Use the "Reset to default" in the Service. I suspect your manager is clicking around and doing something with the filtering, etc.

hi  @jesly_ajin

If you download this pbix file from power bi service and check it if works well in power bi desktop?

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-export-to-pbix

and also try to use "Reset to default" in power bi service to see it works well.
