Discrepancy in Premium Capacity Metrics app vs Number of Assigned Workspaces in capacity settings

Hi All 

We are currently using the Power BI Premium Capacity Report App and I noticed that the count of workspaces is much lower than the amount shown as an assigned workspace in th capacity settings area of the Power BI Service.  

I'm assuming that the app is looking at the same data so I wonder why there is such a discrepancy especially since the app is supposed to report on the performance of our Premium workspace operations. Is this something you have come across? 

Assigned Workspaces (From capacity settings)= 481 

Count of workspace on the Premium Capacity  app 284
