Direct access to a powerbi app for internal and external users

Hi!

I would like to share direct access in a powerbi app but I don't see any options available to do that. I can approve pending access requests, so my account should have the ability to give direct access. But there is no button in the menu of a powerbi app to share direct access as there is for a powerbi dataset or a report for example.

Hi @miroslav_kostov 

When you are in an App it is read only and no sharing or changes can be made.

You would need access to the App workspace where you can then add the permissions.

I can see all datasets and reports related to the app in question, but I don't see the app itself in the workspaces, altough I can approve pending requested access to the app as mentioned above. Are there some special permissions that I need to be given, to be able to see the app in workspaces (and respectively to be able to provide direct access to other users)?
