Digitalocean Refresh Data without gateway

Help,

I have a digitalocen server and I am not using any gateway or local data.

I make a Dashbord on Power Bi Desktop and publish it on Power Bi App (Online), when I try to refresh

got this error about credentials:

Data source error: Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Maybe you save your files on your local drive or a drive somewhere in your organization. You may need a Power BI gateway so that you can refresh the dataset in Power BI. The computer that stores the file needs to be on when a refresh happens. You can reimport your file or use Publish from Excel or Power BI Desktop, but those options aren't automated processes.

It seems that your data source is MySQL:

According to my knowledge, Power BI does not support connect to this type of data source directly. If you want to refresh your data, you still need gateway to connect to your data source.
