Diferença horario power bi DESKTOP X SERVIÇO função DateTime.LocalNow()

Ola, Estou utilizando a função para gravar a data da última atualização.

Ao realizar a atualização no power bi DESKTOP a data e hora fica correta. Mas ao publicar no power bi SERVIÇO a mesma medida muda para 3 horas adiantando mesmo sendo informado o horario correto no painel de atualizações.

 

Como posso corrigir esta data e hora no power bi serviço para informar os valores corretos?
