Desktop to Service publishing issue

Hi everyone, I have a problem posting on the Service. The dashboard I go to publish must have all the filters clean, but when I go to publish on the Service I sometimes find the dashboard with the filters selected. Is there a way to fix this bug?

Obviously before publishing the dashboard it is in the situation I expect in Service (therefore with clean filters).

Have you tried clearing out the selection on service ?

Also you can go under File->Options and Settings -> Options -> Current File -> Report Setting -> Persistent Filters, and enable it

I tried clearing the cache and it solved it. Anyway thanks for your support.
