I have tried published the desktop report manually and via schedule to the web service. They both show the refresh or publish as success. However, the report on web service doesn't reflect any changes I've made with the semantic model or the visuals. I've also cleared the internet browser cache. That didn't help either. Why is that? Could it relate to the gateway servcer?
Any hints would be appreciated! Thanks

Hi @ELIU ,
May I ask what connection mode you use to connect to the report, because direct Query and Live Connection mode linked to the report published to the service, the cache will be refreshed, it will be the beginning of the report's data priority to save to the cache, and then refresh that cache!
If you want the data to change, you can try a manual refresh.
