Deployment pipeline, storage limit and gateway configuration

I am facing some issues with Power BI and would appreciate your guidance. Below is a brief overview of the challenges I am encountering:

1. Deployment Pipeline Issue:
• I have a Premium Per User (PPU) license and have set up a deployment pipeline, assigning workspaces accordingly.
  

  When I publish the dashboard in the development workspace and deploy it to test workspace, the visuals turn blank.1. Deployment Pipeline1. publish issue

2.File Path and Storage Limitation:
While publishing, the file path gets linked to my personal mode, which eventually reaches its storage limit.

  3. Gateway Configuration & Scheduled Refresh:

• We attempted to install a standard gateway, but due to the multiple number of files used in the dashboard, configuring it has been challenging.
  
  Additionally, the scheduled refresh fails consistently.

I would appreciate your insights on how to resolve these issues effectively. Please let me know if you require any additional details.

Thank you for your suggestions. Currently, for temporary purposes, I am manually moving files from personal storage to a workspace configured with PPU capacity. However, I am inquiring if there is an available automation solution to streamline this process.

The files in question have paths that are less than 260 characters. Additionally, the dashboard is created using data from multiple files, each with different column structures, resulting in multiple data sources.

All files are stored in cloud storage.

these 3 things are coming to my mind looking at your issues

For Premium Per User (PPU) licenses, storage limits are significantly higher (up to 100TB). Move files from personal mode storage to a workspace configured with PPU capacity

Shorten file paths if they exceed 260 characters, as this can cause errors during publishing

Use shared drives or cloud storage solutions for file management instead of personal mode storage.
