Deployment pipeline - can't download file from workspace where deployed

Hello, 

I am testing out deployment pipeline functionality and it appears that you cannot download a file from the destination workspace to where a pbix file was deployed. 

For example, I have a DEV, UAT and PRD workspace. When I upload the PBIX file to DEV and move to UAT, I am unable to download that file from UAT.  Same thing when I move from UAT to PRD - can't download from PRD. 

Is this delivered functionality, or am I missing something? Would like to be able to download the file from any of the 3 workspaces.

Based on the documentation,

it seems that the deployment pipeline feature does not support downloading the PBIX file from the destination workspace.
