I would like to know what are the steps and tools to use when we want to automate a deployment pipeline.

My project is to automate the delivery process of all Power BI elements (report, dataflow, dataset ...)

So that the deployment from one phase to another is done automatically as well as the rules ...

That's not what Deployment Pipelines are for. Use PowerShell scripts or ALM Toolkit.

Why use a deployment pipeline when you want to automate the process anyway ? 🙂
