Deployment issue - error pops up after deploying

Hi,

I am trying to deploy a new report, on TST the refresh works perfecty fine, however once the report is deployed, I get an error in the refresh. It says that there is a missing column in one of the tables, but it does not seem to be a relevant issue.

Anyway, the refresh on PROD is not going through, despite the fact that on TST it does. Not sure why deployment would break sth in the data.

Any ideas?
Thank you in advance 🙂

HI @martapbix ,

This is a peculiar one - is there RLS on one version and not the other?  Are they using the exact same data sources and gateways?

Or, has the report in anyway changed between the two?

Are you refreshing it with no error in desktop?  And then it auto refreshes in TST?  And then you are using a copy/paste of the file from TST to PROD or are you re-publishing from desktop to PROD?

There is no RLS in any of them, same gateways. Yes, exactly the same, I don't change anything in the lighning icon when I deploy it.
In desktop there is an error as well, but a different one, when moved to TST no error, when deployed error.
I push it from TST to PRD, not desktop to PRD.

Hey @martapbix ,

Is there an Excel file as one of your data sources?  And, has that Excel file been modified at all since the first time you used and now?

Next thought - is there a difference between TST and PROD in the capacity type?  (Is one Premium and the other not?)
