Hi,
I was testing some datasets in PowerBI website and when using "scheduled refresh" option I've installed a personal gateway.
As a result of my tests, there was no need to have a personal gateway based on the frecuency the data changes. So, I've uninstalled the personal gateway but forgot to turn off the scheduled refresh.
Now I have this error every day sent to my email:
When i go to PowerBI website there's no option for deleting scheduled refresh rules.
Please help me. I don't want to install the personal gateway again only for deleting the scheduled refresh rule.
@caznaran Under "Gateway Connections" can you remove the gateway or deselect it?
Unfortunately there are no available gateways shown:
@caznaran in your original screenshot you are in the context of the dataset, under "gateway connections" it likely still shows you are connected to the personal gateway. I'm saying its likely you can deselect the gateway from within the dataset. A personal gateway won't show up under the settings-manage gateways.
Hi @caznaran ,
You may sign in the personal gateway with the same Power BI Service account.
Best Regards,
Amy

Thanks for your help. I actually didn't want to reinstall the personal gateway.
If reinstalling the personal gateway is a solution, I'll definitely do, but that wasn't my first choice. I thought there was an option to "disconnect" the personal gateway from the website.
Hi @caznaran ,
As my suggestion, you may sign in the personal gateway using the same Power BI Service account, instead of reinstalling the gateway.

Amy
