Decimal not correct in iOS app

I have setup a report with a dashboard. I setup the decimal places to 1 on the Callout value of a Gauge. When I open the dashboard in my browser, the value shows correctly. When I open the dashboard on my iPhone, the decimals are wrong.

Value in my browser:  96.7%

Value in my iphone app: 96,7,4%

This occurs not only at a gauge chart but also on 100% bar charts.

It is because of the dutch locale, unfortunatly a common problem for weeks which Microsoft still hasnt solved. If you change the language in browser to dutch, you're introducing the problem to the browser also, so i wont advice that.

Microsoft has to solve this issue in the background, a ticket has been logged by several people. See also:

Hi Sander,

It only appears in the Power BI iOS application and not in my browser. Since it's not possible to change the language settings in the app, this is a real problem. I hope Microsoft will fix this soon!

I've also logged a ticket @ MS. Just curious, is your browser power bi language set on English?

@SanderBeukers Nope, I'm using Chrome with Dutch settings, this works fine.

I will also submit a ticket to Microsoft Support. This is really a show stopper to work with Microsoft Power BI. We want to use is because multi platform availabilty. Now with the bug in the charts, numbers look really strange and confusing for customers.

Just received an update:

"Hello Sander,

Hope you are enjoying the weekend. I have communicated with my internal resources and this is a known issue. The product team are currently working on the fix. I will follow up and update you whenever it is resolved. It is needless to keep the case open so I will go ahead and archive it.

Kind regards"

Good to hear they are working on it! @SanderBeukers

@SanderBeukers I see that I'm using "English" as Power BI language in the power bi environment, chrome is dutch. So if you put the settings in your browser to English, it works fine. Power BI iOS app doesn't have this setting. Waiting for a bugfix from MS.

Its also fixed in the browser, took a while, but great!

@Kraaitje

I can't reproduce your issue. It works fine for me with same setting.

I suggest you set the decimal places for the field value under format tab and try again.
