Hi,
I need help to debug an error I receive while refreshing my dashboard through gateway from Service portal.
The error I receive is : "Communication link failure;-10709 Connection failed".
Is there any way to get the logs for this failure from service portal.

You can get the gateway logs from the on-premises data gateway application.
Additionally, it looks like a data source access error. You may also try to find the logs from the data source side.
