Deactivate Summarized data Option in Export Data section

Hi, everyone

I have tried to deactivate the summarized data option in the Export data section but I can't find how to do it. I already accessed the report configuration section, but there is no similar option, is there any other way to do it?

Hi @FisherBicking ,

In the power bi service, select "More options (...)" in the upper right corner of the visual object and then select "Export data". Power BI provides the option to export either aggregated data or underlying data. Since the visualization has aggregation (changing counts to averages), there are two options: summary data, and underlying data.

If you want to export the data you see in this visualization, select the Summarized Data option. This type of export only shows the data (columns and metrics) used to create the visual object.

Select this option if you want to see the data in the visual object as well as other data in the semantic model (for more information, see the diagrams later in this document). If the visualization has aggregates, selecting Underlying data removes the aggregates. For some data, underlying data is disabled. Permissions may need to be generated to view more data (underlying data) than is currently displayed in the visualization. These permissions prevent the data from being inappropriately viewed, reused, or shared with anyone other than the target audience.
