Date formats are not correct in all browsers

I am on a Mac.

In Safari and Chrome the dates are showing in American format, but in Edge and Firefox they are UK format.

System settings are all UK, and Safari and Chrome both say they are set to UK-English.

Other people are also seeing the American formats.

Any ideas?

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Hi,

Actually, all other dates in other places were fine - it was just Power BI.

The solution turned out to be for us to select a specific format on the column instead of leaving it as default.  Once we did that the display became consistent.

Hi @Avits

You should go to ... (three dots) / Settings / Languages and remove your preferred language and then install it again and make it as default and also set it on TOP. This seems to be bug in chromium-based browsers.
