Hello,
I have created multiple reports as .pbix that use a date table to filter fact tables on different dimensions. Very standard stuff, so far, so good. In the .pbix everything works. When I upload it to the service, everything works fine. The trouble starts however when someone (me, or a colleague) does a simple gateway refresh of the report. Suddenly my slicers and my axis with date dimensions go blank, as if no date is recognized. I have been googling and tinkering with settings all morning, to no avail. I suspect it has something to do with regional settings (me and my organization are based in Belgium) but I can't find it.
Does someone know about this problem and how to fix it? I need to fix this fast.
Thanks in advance.

Hello guys, I appreciate your responses. Turned out the problem was a (very old) version of the data gateway installed! It was causing numerous problems with refreshes across the company also and I was literally tearing my hair out as we were nearing production on more than 30 reports. However after notifying IT and updating to the latest version everything works swimmingly so this thread may be closed. Thanks again for your helpful responses.
Hi @Anonymous ,
In other words, the report in the Service can not display the data of the calendar table.
What is your test result? Can reports created in Service based on this dataset display this calendar?
Can you show your calendar?
Best regards,
Lionel Chen

@Anonymous - Ah, check if it is plugged it... 🙂
@Anonymous
Where did you create the date table ? is in the dataflow ?, Power Query Desktop?
Can you share some details on that?

@Fowmy tried all three - dataflow, PQ script, DAX calculated table - no luck.
@Greg_Deckler good idea. I'll try this and report back.
@Anonymous - Can you create a new report in the Service from your dataset and then just create a table with the values in your date table and your fact table to see what they look like after being updated?
