Dataverse Dynamics 365 gateway

Hi 

all of a sudden I'm having problems with the refresh of my dashboards due to the gateway no longer recognising the Microsoft credentials for dynamics 365 connected through dataverse. There is no problem in Desktop but all my dashboards can no longer refresh. I have to go through the gateway as I'm loading data through import and have on prem sources . any help would be greatly appreciated otherwise I'll have to rebuild through the legacy connection
