Datasets from Premium workspace for reports for pro users

Hi everyone,

I have created a premium workspace where there are some datasets. all reports there are in other workspaces but the source of them are the datasets from the premium workspace. I realized that a pro user cant use (read) any report. I have already given permission to him but the problem remains. Why does this happen?
